The researchers will take steps to ensure any commercially sensitive information is protected and have gained experience in similar projects.
When the work is published, no individual will be mentioned by name although their roles and years’ experience will be given. Companies will be referred to in broad terms, for example, such as “A NZ company with 1500 employees that designs and manufactures medical devices”.
Quotes from interviews will be used to convey concepts in practitioners’ words, but care will be taken to ensure no sensitive or controversial information is revealed.
