The Eliciting Schemes are intended to help you, as the practitioners, in assessing the Maturity of Design Information at a certain points in time.
The columns represent each individual sub-facet of Maturity to be assessed.
The rows show a traffic-light-colour-scheme starting at 0 (red) over 2 (orange) to 4 (green); with two in-between categories: red-orange (1), orange-green (3).
In total, three different Eliciting Schemes exist. Each is targeted at a certain Type of Design Information (i.e. a Document, a CAD-File and a Parameter Value).
The assessment itself is carried out by circling the value out of the 5 different values (as it is on a 0-4 scale) that best describes the current situation.
To support you in each of these decisions, textual descriptions are provided — tailored to each Type of Design Information.
